The Mission

Your quest is to intro­duce the most elec­tri­fying and effec­tive sales promo­tion programs to the elite Fortune 500 compa­nies.

The Role

As a Captain (Director – B2B Sales), you’ll be the vanguard of busi­ness devel­op­ment, collab­o­rating with our head office in Dubai and Fulfillment Center in Manchester.

You’ll be carving out new terri­to­ries, building rela­tion­ships and driving substan­tial revenue. Your goal is not just to meet targets but to exceed them, even­tu­ally building a team that can conquer new busi­ness fron­tiers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Territory plan­ning and forging robust rela­tion­ships to fuel oppor­tu­nity devel­op­ment
  • Strategizing for rapid sales growth with a keen eye on compe­ti­tion and market dynamics
  • Accurate fore­casting and pipeline manage­ment to drive busi­ness deci­sions
  • Collaborating across regions to maxi­mize initia­tives and best prac­tices
  • Establishing your­self as a C‑level expert to leverage our offer­ings
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven track record in Sales Promotion Marketing Agency
  • Experience across various indus­tries (FMCG, Telco, Finance, Retail, Consumer Electronics preferred)
  • Extensive C‑level contacts and a history of successful nego­ti­a­tions
  • Fluent in English, addi­tional languages a plus
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Adept in driving sales processes and fostering effec­tive rela­tion­ships
